Salah satu bagasi mereka (kereta sorong bayi) telah lewat tiba semasa mereka sampai di luar negara. Setelah pulang ke Malaysia, satu tuntutan untuk kelewatan bagasi telah dikemukakan bersama dokumen sokongan. Namun, pengendali takaful menolak tuntutan tersebut atas alasan bahawa kereta sorong bayi tidak dianggap sebagai bagasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PENEMUAN KAMI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kami mendapati bahawa tiada takrif bagi \u2018Bagasi\u2019 dinyatakan dalam dokumen sijil takaful. Dokumen sijil juga tidak menyatakan sebarang pengecualian khusus berhubung kereta sorong bayi. Hasil pertanyaan lanjut dengan pengendali takaful menunjukkan bahawa mereka telah bergantung kepada takrif kamus bagi \u2018Bagasi\u2019 untuk menolak tuntutan ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KEPUTUSAN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pengurus kes mengeluarkan syor yang memihak kepada Jenna, dan pengendali takaful bersetuju dengan syor tersebut. Mereka membayar tuntutan mengikut had yang ditetapkan dalam sijil, dan pertikaian diselesaikan secara baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jenna and her family travelled abroad.
