dealing or transaction relating to capital market services or products involving a Member.                <\/h3>\n                                            <\/div>\n        \n        \n                <\/div>\n        <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f9510ef e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"f9510ef\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9f7d64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9f7d64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 style=\"color: #3347fe;\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fmos.org.my\/legislation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FMOS Rules:<\/a>A financial consumer also includes the following:<\/em><\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>A person insured under a group policy or under a group takaful certificate where the premiums or contributions are paid by the person insured or the person.<\/li><li>Small business refers to micro and small enterprises as defined in SME Corporation Malaysia\u2019s \u201cGuideline for New SME Definition\u201d dated October 2013, including any re-issuance or amendments thereafter.<\/li><li>A \u2018third party\u2019 under insurance or a takaful contract for motor third-party property damage.<\/li><li>A guarantor of a credit facility provided by a Member.<\/li><li>A person insured under a group policy and his beneficiaries, or a person covered under a group takaful certificate and his beneficiaries, where the premiums or the contributions are paid by the Federal and\/or State Government and the group policy or the group takaful certificate provides for the person insured or the person covered to deal directly with the Member in the event of a claim.<\/li><\/ul><p>FMOS has the sole discretion in determining whether a financial consumer qualifies as a Complainant for filing a complaint with FMOS, and such determination is final and binding.<\/p><p>If the Complainant\u2019s direct financial loss exceeds the Monetary Limit, the Complainant and the Member may jointly agree to refer such
