FINDINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Section A(1a) details coverage for events under Comprehensive insurance, including accidental collisions, mechanical breakdowns, wear and tear, impact damage from falling objects, fire, theft, and transit related incidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The insurer stated that these provisions didn\u2019t cover the splashing incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The loss adjusters confirmed damage to various parts of the car, including staining and corrosion. However, there was no collision damage. Despite Carol\u2019s claim of not receiving essential documents before or after purchasing the policy, a review showed that the incident did not align with the policy\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n OUTCOME<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Upon comprehensive review of the policy contract, it was determined that the specific circumstances of this incident did not align with any of the perils listed in the policy.
