She explained how FMOS acts as a free and impartial redress avenue\u00a0for financial consumers and investors who are dissatisfied with the final outcome of their complaint to a financial service provider.\u00a0<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>Her talk covered FMOS\u2019 governance and expertise in handling financial market disputes, and the user-friendly dispute resolution process, which is free of charge and aimed at ensuring fair outcomes and emphasised consumer rights and responsibilities.<\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div><div>The session, moderated by Lau Chin Ching, Director of the Consumer and Market Conduct Department, also featured En.
