About FMOS

The Financial Markets Ombudsman Service (FMOS) is an independent, impartial, and accessible one-stop platform for resolving financial and capital market disputes involving direct monetary losses. Appointed by Bank Negara Malaysia and the Securities Commission Malaysia, FMOS provides efficient and fair dispute resolution services for financial consumers and investors and strive to enhance public confidence in the financial markets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To assist and support the dispute resolution/Consumer
    Engagement Analysis’s team in handling correspondence and/or inquiries related to disputes referred to FMOS.

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Qualified with a minimum education level of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) ;
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements

  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be computer literate and well-versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and efficiently
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Dynamic, pro-active, and enthusiastic
