On 9 October 2025, FMOS took part in the FIMM Annual Convention (FIMMAC) 2025, organised by the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM) at The Vertical, Kuala Lumpur.
Our Chief Operating Officer, Ms Wong Su Kuin, participated as a panellist in Session 4, “Unit Trust: Safe & Sound!” She shared valuable insights on strengthening controls throughout the sales process to promote responsible selling and protect investors. She also shed light on common issues seen in FMOS cases, including mis-selling and inadequate disclosure, while underscoring the need to uphold good governance, transparency, and integrity across the industry.
