FMOS Engages with Insurance Professionals at NAMLIFA Tea Talk

On 20 May 2025, the Central Region chapter of the National Association of Malaysian Life Insurance and Family Takaful Advisors (NAMLIFA) invited FMOS to speak at a Tea Talk session in Kuala Lumpur, attended by over 60 insurance professionals.

 

The session was a valuable platform for FMOS to share our role as an alternative dispute resolution body, our resolution process and real-life cases we have resolved. We also emphasised the ethical conduct and professionalism within the insurance and takaful sectors. During the one-hour talk, speakers from FMOS’s Insurance and Takaful Division highlighted how we facilitate fair dispute resolution and support public confidence in the financial markets. FMOS is proud to contribute to ongoing efforts to strengthen industry integrity and best practices.
