FMOS was delighted to be part of the Taklimat Kesedaran & Pengurusan Kewangan Penjawat Awam 2026, organised by BNMLINK, Bank Negara Malaysia and Ministry of Finance (MOF) today at Ministry of Finance office in Putrajaya.
FMOS CEO, Ms Marina Baharuddin was one of the speakers at the session where she shared insights into FMOS’s role as an independent and impartial alternative dispute resolution body in Malaysia.
Also speaking at the session was Puan Hasjun Hashim, Deputy Director of BNMLINK, who shared insights on early assistance and consumer protection, as well as raising awareness of financial scams. Encik Ahmad Muslihuddin Rozlan, Section Head of the Business Development & Marketing Section, Financial Advisory & Customer Engagement Department at Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK), also spoke about financial and debt management.
