On 9 June 2026, the FMOS insurance team delivered a presentation on dispute resolution at the 12th Leaders Convention at Vivatel Kuala Lumpur, organised by the Great Eastern Life Group Sales Managers Association Malaysia (GSMA).

Our discussion covered effective complaint-handling practices, the importance of treating consumers fairly, and shared industry best practices in financial dispute resolution, along with real-life cases we have successfully managed.
